Bamboos Materials and The Rubbers Rope (My First Practice)


One day on this month (January, 2018), Mr. M. Akbar Alamsyah lay on his interesting to my conceptual of the rubbers usefull. I said to him that the rubbers material of raw, a product which produced by his friends company, has the near way with my activities a few days ago. It were about trying to using bamboos as primary materials in order to filled in any value of equipment post from my majaji’s parent, Tini Surtiningsih. I show him a few of photos. Then he ask about how long I can make it for him?.  At that time, I agreed with sixty hours of duration to produce the same specification of the item, as like as Tini Surtiningsih ordered to me before. Mr. Akbar was dealt, and then we were go back from his farm.

After bought some bamboos material which I needing to produce the item, and the splitting and cutting process of making some rubber ropes from innery wheel that did not used anymore in the post of vehicles from the owners balance (usually  they leave it after buying something new innery wheels from the store or mechanical place, and I can buy it from the mechanical or the store), I think the item that I have producted before was to difficult whenever I have to send it to the buyer. It is not about how to produce the item that I’ve know the receipt of it before, but its about how to delivering it later. It will be to big to taking by hands of mine, and whenever I carrying it by "angkutan kota" as public's transportation unity, I assumpt there aren't space enough for an item like this squares of size, not like this dimentions of size. Four meters of square are to wide for a small vehicles. But to carrying it by walking, I thing it is not effective eventhough very efficient.

So that I have to try to thing something new technics, and the technic doesn’t ever used or founded by the other before. I have to taking some originally receipt item in the menu, found by my own self, or something new aspects as any modificates from before. This thinking process of origin idea need trail and error phases, and of course the time needing added more from the duration that I’ve agreed with Mr. Alam <short name of M. Akbar Alamsyah>. Six hour have been passed, and my details construct of thinking it not already built.

In the properly working, this construction corner which can make the two of sides from this equipment moving to taking closed each other, and to getting far too the both sides, been build by me after seen the mechanism from other "seniors" models of the clothes driying tools. The differents between us <beside the size of squares, of course it is ussually as a general difference > are; first: I've made it from bamboos materials, after they made it from any metals materials as basicall, second, I've made all continuing parts of every detail without use any nails, just bamboos with ropes from rubbers material.


Slowly I try to remind how the first item from bamboo I made?, and what its different from another item that peoples producted before me?. If there were some same things found, what the special thinks I have on the thing be compared with the other?.  For me;  first: the originally of my product which I want to sale is important thing, second: the usefull for the partitions whom my products sold out is also have to balances with the easily things those could I getting to (include in delivery aspects). I imagining an item which has practically point.

After a few times passed, I got my syariah aspect <as concrete's type from the essence of minds from my imagining>, and I've built its globally of structure.

But Mr. Alam likely not yet know that in this time, about the biggest size one is still induring process of build construct by me. Insya Alloh, I will going to sent it as soon as possible after finished it. Thank you before and after: "assalamu`alaikum".

Shrink Cost (My First Concept)

Approximately a year ago, I have ride my bicycle that I bought as secondhand product. It was a cheap price I got rather than to bought the new one with the same of their specification; simplicity without any modification at all. When I bought, I knew also that the person who sold it to the trader just got more little of money from the trader. The trader need some profit after his buying price from the firsthand owner decrease the selling price to me as the buyer. Shrink Cost (My Second Concept)

"How about the sale back price of machines post could take some agreement of value between the first owner to the candidates of buyer?". This question emerging in my mind whenever Mba said to me that she want to sale her machines of matts to Abah Yaya Suhaya. Their relation were as a teacher and a student in skills course of matts production.
